2. Via e-mail at info@atp.com.gr
3. By contacting the company by phone

Product availability is displayed on the product page.

The product can be:

• In stock: Available for purchase
• Expected: It is available for pre-order and the delivery date depends on its official release day.

To save products select add to FAVORITES.

You can keep products in your “Favorite List” so that you can find them easily and regardless of when and if you plan to get them.

You can sign up for the e-shop by contacting the company or through its sellers.

Of course. We can customize your own designs & logos to any product you choose, creating your own unique collection.

All you have to do is contact the Sales Department to guide you on this.

Orders

Orders once placed take approximately 2 business days to be processed. In times of increased labor needs, a little more may be needed.

You can pay for your order in 2 ways:

2. Either by using a VISA / MASTERCARD credit card by contacting our Accounts Office by phone.

To change, modify or cancel your order, before it is packed and shipped, you can send an email to info@atp.com.gr writing what you want from the above as well as your order number.

You can also call us by phone and request any changes you need to your order.

Upon successful completion of your order you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your purchase as well as your order code.

If you don’t receive a confirmation email, you probably:

• You have not completed your order
• You have entered an incorrect email
• The email has been moved to spam

When your order leaves us, you will receive an email informing you that it has been completed and which carrier or courier it has been shipped with, as well as the courier’s tracking number.

Then, you will be able to contact either the transport company to find out details about the delivery, or the courier company where with the corresponding shipment number you can search for your order.

Our company remains open from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
